- Changes to loadshifting
On 01 Jan 2012 the new National Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws will come into affect. In preparation for compliance with the new laws, from 30 Sep 2011 WorkCover NSW will cease issuing a Certificate of Competency (licence) for the following loadshifting equipment:
- Backhoe/Loader
- Front End Loader
- Skidsteer Loader
- Excavator
