WorkCover NSW Regulations - Identification requirements for WorkCover High Risk Work licence assessments and White Card courses
High Risk Work Licences
Before you can be assessed for a WorkCover issued licence, you must show the WorkCover Assessor 100 points of identification.
The identification requirements are specific and only those documents listed by WorkCover NSW are acceptable.
The identification documents you provide must be originals, birth extracts and certified copies can not be accepted. All documents must show your name and the combination of documents must also show:
NOTE: Your current residential address does not need to be in NSW, however, the address you use on the Application For Assessment form, must be the same as that shown in your ID documents.
When to bring your ID documents
On the first day of your course - The ID documents will be checked at the time of enrolment to ensure they meet the requirements for enrolment and the WorkCover assessment.
On the Assessment Day - The ID documents must be visually sighted and checked by the WorkCover Assessor on the day you are to be assessed. If you have insufficient ID or the documents you present are not acceptable you can not be assessed.

NSW Construction Induction (White) Card
The ID requirements for the White Card are the same as the above; with the exception that:
YOU MUST bring 100 points of ID on the day of the course. If you do not have enough ID, or the ID documents you present are not acceptable, you can NOT start the course.

Assessors and trainers are governed by WorkCover NSW Regulations (the Law) and can not accept ID that does not meet requirements.
