OH&S Construction Induction - White Card*

  • Pre-requisites: Adequate literacy and must produce 100 points of identification as specified by WorkCover NSW... Evidence of Identity
  • Course Duration: 1 day
  • Course numbers: 12 - 20
  • Outcome:
    - Statement of Training (SOT)
    - Statement of Attainment
    - Construction Induction Card

IMPORTANT:

  1. The ID requirements for White Card course must include a document showing a current NSW Address. A non-NSW address or a PO Box number CAN NOT be accepted.
     
  2. You CAN NOT do a White Card course on-line in NSW - do not waste your money!

 

RMS NSW Traffic Controller - Blue or Grey Card*

  • Pre-requisites for Blue Card:
    - Adequate literacy (must be able to read and write English)
    - Must hold a Construction Induction Training Certificate (White Card)
    - Must hold or have held a NSW P2 Driver Licence or equivalent (or higher), or have held a NSW Traffic Controller Photo ID (expired within the last two years) 
  • Pre-requisites for Grey Card (For person who is required to control traffic in places that are not construction sites, ie. community events etc):
    - Adequate literacy (must be able to read and write English)
    - Must hold or have held a NSW P2 Driver Licence or equivalent (or higher), or have held a NSW Traffic Controller Photo ID (expired within the last two years)
  • Course Duration: 1 day
  • Course numbers: 12 - 16
  • Outcome: Traffic Controllers Certificate (Blue or Grey Card)

No Overlap for RMS NSW Traffic Control Cards

  • Holding or completing the qualification for Traffic Controller (Blue or Grey Card) does NOT qualify the holder to carry out the duties Apply Traffic Control Plans (Yellow Card).
  • Holding or completing the qualification for Apply Traffic Control Plans (Yellow Card) does NOT qualify the holder to carry out the duties of Traffic Controller (Blue or Grey Card).
  • Holding or completing the qualification for the RMS NSW Red Card does NOT qualify the holder to carry out the duties of Traffic Controller (Blue or Grey Card) or Apply Traffic Control Plans (Yellow Card).
